The Benefits of Headscarves

I’ve come to appreciate the convenience and beauty of wearing headscarves. They’re a fun and fashionable way to conceal the disaster that’s often times underneath— hair that’s a hot mess 🤦🏽‍♀️

When I peruse the thrift store, I often times come across a beautiful scarf that I know will one day soon come to my aid when I use it to quickly tie my hair up. As a mother of three that happens quite frequently. I can’t tell you how many times I have to drop everything and go in a day, so yes headscarves come in handy.

I also appreciate it when I have a scarf close by when I’m in the midst of deep conditioning my hair or I have a pre-poo in my hair. I simply tie 2 plastic bags on my head to lock in the heat and tie a pretty scarf overtop and no one will ever know the madness that’s going on underneath.

Here are a few quick and easy ways I wear my headscarves.

Which one do you like? What’s your favorite quick and easy go to style? .
